The arris is the finished edge where the horizontal surface of your benchtop meets the vertical face. If the existing edge is too sharp or the radius is too small, it can feel uncomfortable against your arms and hands and may not provide the appearance you’re looking for.
Where the stone allows, we can carefully reshape the existing arris to create a smooth pencil-rounded profile, without replacing the benchtop.
